Should a bed not fit upstairs this is often often not a fault of our own and we urge you to check your access before ordering as it could incur further costs to get this resolved and/ or exchanged.
All measurements are as true as are often , but with the beds being handmade bespoke to order each individual bed are visiting be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and permit for slight tolerances.
Once a bed is delivered should any damages have occurred in transit or in production mistakenly, we ask you to check it over and report them to us within 48 hours
